MAC Marketing Group was established in 1985 and was a factor in the development of Jersey City's Hudson Riverfront Revival acquiring underutilized and blighted industrial properties in the Paulus Hook Community and Colgate Redevelopment Plan. We sold properties to developers and provided marketing and onsite sales services, successfully processed 30 year tax abatements and a host of consulting services to properties such as Port Liberte`e, Clermont Cove, Portside, and many other major waterfront and inland properties many of the mentioned properties are exhibited on this website. Our services were expanded into Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware real estate markets which has enabled us to service clients in these markets and in market areas in the in the Mid-Atlantic corridor as our clients expand their operations in pursuit of creating wealth.

MAC Marketing Group at the present time is not engaged in the residential resales business as our services are focused on specialty properties that you will view on this website. A little bit of history; our President established a successful residential resale company consisting of three branch offices and a home building and land sales division in Northern New Jersey as the Managing Partner. In 1975 our President divested his interest in the residential resale company to concentrate on homebuilding and land development in Northern and Central New Jersey. In 1979 the company was the first to construct and market energy efficient homes of over 3,000 sf in Northern Jersey of which three of the home were heated by solar energy collectors on the 42 degree slanted roofs. (Government Grants or Subsidies were not accepted to build the Solar Heated Homes) The remaining homes had passive solar heat generation and all homes were constructed of 6" stud exterior walls and doubled the insulation factors of the time.The Building & Land Company was originally named Miller and Company (MAC) which was modified in 1985 to MAC Marketing Group and today we are not home builders and our services are related to land acquisition & development, marketing new homes for builders, processing tax abatements and providing the home building community and specialty property owners with marketing and professional services which can be viewed if you click here.
