  • We evaluate you models, sales office, handouts, pricing and compare your communities to your competitors.

  • We evaluate you sales team's buyer call back procedures and frequencies and develop a more aggressive program and train your team for success in closing the sale.

  • We can continually monitor your sales team's performance and make ourselves available  to answer their most difficult questions.

  • In the event training  is not the solution we can recruit highly experienced on-site sales agents with a proven downside market success.
