The entire site consists of 180 +/- acres of which less than 30 acres are to be developed and the remainder of the lands approximately 150 acres will be preserved for forestry conservation. Avalon Bay contracted to purchased Bloomingdale Knolls Apartments which is located just 500+ feet from the entrance to Meer Bloomingdale Estates along Union Avenue, in the Borough of Bloomingdale, Passaic County, New Jersey.
