Original Concept Building Plan Four Stories Over Parking
The original concept building plans consist of six buildings with four stories over parking. You may download the typical floor plan, unit schedule and unit plans to the right. In tracking the Grande @ Riverdale Condominium Sales  and Alexan Apartments our marketing opinion that both of these buildings are too large and costly  therefore; we had our Architects design new buildings in the same configuration as both the Grande and Alexan and we eliminated the forth floor saving approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of construction costs estimated at  at a cost saving  of $8Million to $10 Million in savings with floor plans comparable to both the Grande and Alexan. The unit schedule for the original concept plan and our new plan can be downloaded for your review. However; its builder's choice as your marketing may not compare with our opinion so we can modify the plans to suit the actual builder provided there is no change in the foot print and engineering which we believe is possible.
