MAC Marketing Group was established in 1985 and was a factor in the development of Jersey City's Hudson Riverfront Revival acquiring underutilized and blighted industrial properties in the Paulus Hook Community and Colgate Redevelopment Plan. We sold properties to developers and provided marketing and onsite sales services, successfully processed 30 year tax abatements and a host of consulting services to properties such as Port Liberte`e, Clermont Cove, Portside, and many other major waterfront and inland properties many of the mentioned properties are exhibited on this website. Our services were expanded into Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware real estate markets which has enabled us to service clients in these markets and in market areas in the in the Mid-Atlantic corridor as our clients expand their operations in pursuit of creating wealth.

| The Relationship between MAC Marketing and MAC 24/7 USell |
MAC Marketing Group at the present time is not engaged in residential resales business with the exception of specialty properties. To understand our experience our President established a successful residential resale company of three offices in Northern New Jersey as the Managing Partner. In the mid 1970's our President established a construction and land development division and a land sales division. Due to the success of this division our President divested his interest in the residential resale company to concentrate on homebuilding and land development in Northern and Central New Jersey. In 1979 the company was the first to construct and market energy efficient homes of over 3,000 sf in Northern Jersey of which three of the home were heated by solar energy collectors on the 42 degree slanted roofs. (Government Grants or Subsidies were not accepted to build the Solar Heated Homes) The remaining homes had passive solar heat generation and 6" stud construction. The Company was originally named Miller and Company (MAC) which was modified in 1985 to MAC Marketing Group and evolved into the company it is today providing land acquisition & development services, new homes marketing & consulting services in addition to a host of real estate related services which can be reviewed when you click here on this website.
We have now created MAC 24/7 U-Sell to serve our clients and assist them to generate highly qualified buyers to their web sites and new home communities. Additionally, we included clients who have specialty properties to market into MAC 24/7 U-Sell. We design web sites and web pages and include Internet, social networks, free Internet sites and consulting services to assist our Clients to sell their properties with our without Realtor whichever they may choose. However, we will also service Realtors to market their properties by providing marketing services their companies may not be able to provide. Our operations for MAC 24/7 U-Sell are centered on eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey thereafter; we will expand with the goal of being a World Wide Real Estate Internet Marketing Company. We intend to create our present website into a depository of properties that can be traded or sold to between our clients and the public sector utilizing the Internet.
MAC 24/& U-Sell is not a tool to solicit an exclusive listing agreement nor will we accept an exclusive listing for any services under the name of MAC 24/7 U-Sell as it is solely a marketing entity providing Internet web pages, owner marketing tools and consulting services to motivate buyers to purchase our client's real estate properties.
MAC Marketing Group may, in its present operational market , provide MAC 24/7 Services in the marketing of our development projects and the specialty properties of our clients as seen on this website.
