Our President, Joseph J. Miller has established a record of personal and corporate achievement as a real estate broker, home builder, land developer, investor, consultant and advisor. As a home builder Mr. Miller planned, designed, built and successfully marketed active solar and passive heated homes without government interventions or grants. Additionally, Mr. Miller was at the forefront of the development of Jersey City, New Jersey's Hudson River Waterfront "Gold Coast" as a developer, consultant and real estate broker providing on-site sales and marketing services for high-rise mixed use communities, successfully processing tax abatements, assembling land, managing condominiums and processing entitlements. Mr. Miller served on the Governor's Walkway Committee and as Director of Hudson County Investments assigned to the Hudson County Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Miller has marketed farms, approved subdivisions and land for development to investors, land developers and National Home Builders such as D.R. Horton, US Homes, Ryan/NVR Homes and many regional and local home builders operating in New jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York.
Mr. Miller's marketing and advisory services has guided clients through four previous market adjustments. This continuing experience enabled Mr. Miller to formulate creative strategies to meet today's market challenges and provide solutions to our Clients most difficult real estate properties
