. Our President, Joseph J. Miller established a record of personal and corporate achievement as a real estate broker, home builder, land developer, investor, consultant and advisor. As a tract and custom home builder Mr. Miller also planned, designed, built and successfully marketed active solar and passive heated homes without government funding or grants. Additionally, Mr. Miller was at the forefront of the development of Jersey City, New Jersey's Hudson River Waterfront "Gold Coast" as a developer, principal, consultant and real estate broker providing on-site sales and marketing services for high-rise mixed use communities in addition to successfully processing tax abatements, assembling & acquiring land and processing entitlements for projects as large as 550 condominium units. Mr. Miller served on the Governor's Walkway Committee and as Director of Hudson County Investments assigned to the Hudson County Economic Development Corporation for the purpose of identifying commercial and residential properties for redevelopment and recommending infrastructure County funding. Mr. Miller has marketed approved subdivisions to National Home Builders such as such as D.R. Horton, US Homes, Ryan Homes and Baker Residential in addition to regional and local home builders operating in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York. In the pursuit of actively acquiring farms and vacant land for development MAC Marketing Group is engaged in the business of marketing operating farms, gentlemen farmsteads, horse farms, equestrian centers and opportunities for 1031 Tax Free Exchanges.
Mr. Miller's career spans over 30 years experiencing four previous market adjustments which enabled enabled Mr. Miller to formulate creative strategies to meet today's market challenges and provide solutions for our Clients most difficult real estate challenges.
